When will I receive my order?

Please allow 7 business days for designing (digital proof).

Delivery

The Netherlands: 5-7 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days

After placing your order, we start designing. It takes a few business days to receive a preview by email. Once you're happy, you give your approval and we'll start with your order!

It is important to consider that revisions and late responses will delay the process.

Can I see how my design might look before ordering?

We do not design any artwork before the order is placed.

Can I receive a digital version?

We do not offer digital products. It is not possible to receive a digital version of your order.

What are the payment options?

You can pay with iDeal, Paypal, Bancontact, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa.

Can I buy an easel or frame?

An easel, picture frame or other decoration is not included in the price. We do not have it for rent or sale.

Can I return/cancel my order?

As our work is custom made to order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation.

My product contains an error

You always receive a digital proof before we get started. You should check these carefully. After your approval we are not responsible for mistakes or missing data.

Costs for reprint are for your own account.
